Reminders

Dear #CosplayCircle members and watchers,

Sorry for the delay in opening the submission process.
Finally, DeviantArt has installed an update to the limit
of the number of submissions. Here is the new set of rules:

Just a re-cap of additional rules:
1) One submission per member per week!
2) Please refrain from submitting grainy, blurred, low-res, cellphone photos.
3) Maximum of 30 accepted deviations per day.
4) Submission expiry: 2 days. So that you can re-submit them if opted.
5) First come/submission, first serve/acceptance, per day.

**Contributors can invite DeviantArtists to our group

***"Expired" submissions are not "Rejected" entries. It's just that we
get so many submissions (almost a hundred per day) and following
the 1st come 1st serve basis, we can only accommodate so much.
Please bear with us. You may submit your entry again.

I've read the rules, and I really like how this group's run. No matter how many founders there must be, it must be difficult visiting this group on a daily basis in order to mod it. I used to be part of a Naruto cosplay group here, on dA, and I had difficulty keeping up with it on a weekly basis (and I didn't nearly get as much traffic on it!)

Just so you guys know, if I submit anything that doesn't meet the standards then feel free to reject it and I won't submit it again. I'll resubmit anything that expires, but nothing that's declined - And I am sorry to trouble you guys with any deviations that don't meet the quality standards of the group, if I do.

So, my submissions keep expiring and it doesn't seem like I'm the only one facing this issue. Perhaps it's time to pass the torch to someone who will actually keep up with the group? Just a suggestion.
